ABOUT THE SHORT PROJECT AGREEMENT
The Short Project Agreement represents a new approach to independent production in recognition of the changing patterns of exhibition of low budget short projects. The qualifications for this agreement include: a budget of $50,000 or less, a running time of 40 minutes or less, no more than 30 days of principal photography and, like all of the low budget agreements, must be shot entirely in the United States and its territories.
