Film Society Registration Available Now, Screenings begin October 4 and 5, 2019

An exciting new season of the SAG-AFTRA Film Society is scheduled to begin in October at the newly renovated Directors Guild of America theater. 

Here is everything you need to know.

Season Length
Film Society screenings will run through April 2020, giving members a total of 17 screening weekends.  

Cost
The 2019 membership fee will be an incredible deal; just $95 for membership for you and a guest. Secured parking at the DGA will be available for an additional fee.

Cost
The 2019 membership fee will be an incredible deal, costing just $95 for the membership! Secured parking in the DGA parking lot can be accessed by presenting a season parking pass (cost $60), parking coupon (cost $16 for a book of five coupons) or by paying the $9 cash entry free. Parking goes on sale at the cashiers window starting on Monday, September 9th. Also SAG-AFTRA has made arrangements to provide complimentary parking at the DGA, based on availability, to SAG-AFTRA Film Society members that have current DMV-issued Disable Parking Placards.

Film Society Season 2019 Registration has begun! Click HERE to start the registration process. Remember members must be in good standing in order to be eligible for member benefit programs like the Film Society.

    Theater Updates
    This season, Film Society members will have an opportunity to enjoy screenings at the beautifully renovated Directors Guild of America theater. New features at the DGA include the Dolby Vision projection system and the Dolby Atmos systems, both considered the gold standard for state-of-the-art theaters. Additionally, the renovation includes new theater finishes, the replacement of the HVAC system, lighting and a remodel of the lobby restrooms.
