Sorry, registrations are no longer available for WMA Health and Wellness Day: Gratitude Writing
Research shows that a regular practice of gratitude journaling leads to outcomes that include better sleep, clearer focus, increased self-esteem, and improved relationships. There is a range of gratitude journaling approaches: simple and short, timed or open-ended, sporadic or planned.
Join instructor Cathy Raines and experience several techniques for yourself. If you have a journal, please bring it. We will also have materials available.
Raines has more than 20 years of experience as a professional coach and facilitator of leadership courses and group retreats. She served as coaching program manager and leadership development specialist at the U.S. Department of State, director of training and organizational development at NPR, and director of human resources at Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty in Prague.
RSVP: Reservations are required. Please complete form below to RSVP. Please note that you must be logged in to RSVP.
