Instructors Bio: Leah Diamond is a heart-centered mentor, trauma-informed facilitator, coach, and certified mindfulness teacher on InsightTimer. With over 40 years as an actor and performer and three decades devoted to personal growth and meditation, she blends the wisdon of an accomplished actor, director, and speaker with a background managing corporate communications and HR for a Fortune 500 company co-creating brave, empowering spaces for transformation rooted in purpose and lovingkindness.
With deep reverence and compassion, she guides individuals to cultivate self-awareness, embody their voice, and communicate mindfully and confidently, inspiring meaningful change in their lives, communities, and the world. This event is only open to active SAG-AFTRA members in good standing (paid through April 30, 2025 or Oct. 31, 2025). No guests are allowed. Parents/guardians of performers under 18 years old are welcome.
