National Dancers Caucus

SAG-AFTRA will be conducting National Constituency Group Caucuses as part of the wages and working conditions (W&W) process in preparation for the negotiation of the TV/Theatrical Contracts, which expire June 30, 2023.

Proposals for this negotiation are developed through the involvement of members like you. Make your voice heard, attend and participate in this important process. Meetings are open to all paid-up SAG-AFTRA members*.
The meeting dates and time for each constituency are listed below. An RSVP, Zoom account displaying the member's name and signing of a confidentiality agreement is required to attend. You will be sent an email confirmation from webmaster@sagaftra.org immediately upon receipt of your RSVP.

WHO CAN ATTEND
*W&W meetings are only open to paid-up SAG-AFTRA members in good standing. For all meetings on or before December 12, 2022 “good standing” shall mean paid thru Oct. 31, 2022 or April 30, 2023, or in compliance with the November 2022 Dues Relief Extension. After December 12, 2022 “good standing” shall mean paid through April 30, 2023, or in compliance with the November 2022 Dues Relief Extension. No guests are allowed. Parents/guardians of performers under 18 years old are welcome.
 
CAN’T ATTEND A MEETING?
If you cannot attend a W&W meeting or caucus, please make sure your voice is heard. You may submit proposal recommendations by email at tvtheatrical2023@sagaftra.org. Recommendations must be received by Friday, Jan. 27, 2023.
 
REQUIRED CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
In order to participate in the wages and working conditions process, you must electronically complete the Confidentiality Agreement you will receive in your RSVP confirmation from webmaster@sagaftra.org.
 
You will only need to complete this form once for the entire W&W process. 
 
Please complete and return this form as early as possible prior to the first meeting you attend. You will not be admitted into a meeting from the Zoom waiting room if we have not received this document.
