Whether you are a seasoned professional seeking a fresh approach or are in the beginning stages of your career, this workshop is for you. Presented by veteran acting coach, Holly Ritter, this workshop will include:
- What to consider when choosing a monologue
- How to prepare yourself for a monologue reading
- Memorization techniques
Participants are encouraged to memorize a 1-2 minute monologue and bring two copies of their monologue to the workshop.

About Holly Ritter
For the last 15 years, Holly Ritter has drawn on her experiences as both a trained professional actress and a MA level Expressive Therapist. Holly has taught the popular Nuts and Bolts of Acting Scene Study classes for the San Diego Community College District. She studied under such masters as William Esper (Meisner Technique) and Larry Moss (award winning movie coach and NY Director) and brings an eclectic approach to the craft of one's truth in acting. She also acts in, produces and directs locally and does private audition coaching.
