Come out on Labor Day (Monday, Sept. 4) and show solidarity with striking SAG-AFTRA members nationwide and your local siblings in labor at the Cincinnati AFL-CIO Labor Day celebration at Great American Ball Park!

Gates open at noon for a private gathering of union members from across Cincinnati at the ballpark’s Fan Zone, including guest speakers and music. The Reds will then take on the Seattle Mariners at 4:10 PM.

When buying tickets, you can choose to sit wherever you’d like in the reserved area, but in an effort to allow SAG-AFTRA members to sit together, we would recommend purchasing seats in the 521 section of the stadium.

Join the SAG-AFTRA Ohio-Pittsburgh Local as we march in the 2023 Pittsburgh Labor Day Parade. It’s an annual tradition! Celebrating its 39th year, the Pittsburgh Labor Day Parade is one of the very largest in the country.

We will march the same parade route as we have in years past. The route will take us from Centre Avenue to Grant Street and the down the Boulevard of the Allies. The review stand and parade finish are in front of the Steelworkers Building. 

Information on where we will line up this year to begin the parade, and where we will be within the parade, will be posted soon. We will provide coffee and pastries at the line-up location. Members will also receive a free SAG-AFTRA t-shirt, while supplies last. If you already have one, please wear it!

A group photo with our banner will be taken before the parade begins.

Come out to Schenley Plaza in Oakland for a quick photo-op to show solidarity with your fellow SAG-AFTRA members across the country!  We will meet under the big tent just off Schenley Drive at 10:00 AM on Friday, July 28, and snap a picture nearby,

This is your opportunity to recommend proposed changes to these contracts. 

Proposals for this negotiation are developed through the involvement of members like you. Make your voice heard and participate in this very important process. Meetings are open to all paid-up* SAG-AFTRA members. Please check your email and sagaftra.org/2023ww for updates as additional wages and working conditions meetings are announced.
