Local Hosts After-Legislative Session Pau Hana Event

On May 7, 2025, the Hawaii Local Legislative Committee hosted our Annual After Legislative Session Pau Hana. Over 30 SAG-AFTRA members, staff, production crew members from the DGA, WGA and Teamsters and their guests — plus at least 20 legislators and staff — gathered in the courtyard adjacent to Ferguson’s Pub.

The event was open to the public and provided an opportunity for the creative community and leaders to connect, and chat about the legislative session while enjoying pizza from J Dolans. Mahalo to Reid and his team at Ferguson's for continuing to welcome our colorful bunch year after year.

SAG-AFTRA Hawaii Local Vice President & Legislative Committee Chair Charles Uyehara, Local Secretary Scott Swartz and Local Executive Director Mericia Palma Elmore, joined Hawaii Local members, industry leaders and legislators including:
