On November 12, 2024, the National Labor Relations Board certified SAG-AFTRA as the exclusive bargaining representative for Intimacy Coordinators working on AMPTP productions.
In preparation for negotiating the terms for this new category, SAG-AFTRA will be holding a wages and working Conditions meeting for members who have worked as Intimacy Coordinators.
SAG-AFTRA has already negotiated provisions around the need to have Intimacy Coordinators. This specific meeting is to help establish the terms that apply to Intimacy Coordinators working on AMPTP productions when they are employed (rates, overtime, rest periods, etc.)
When:
Monday, June 9, 2025, 2 - 4 p.m. PT/ 4 - 6 p.m. CT/ 5 - 7 p.m. ET

The Zoom link will be included with your registration reply. You must have a Zoom account that identifies you by name to participate. You will also be required to sign a confidentiality agreement before joining the meeting.
If you cannot attend the W&W meeting, please make sure your voice is heard. You may submit proposal recommendations by email at ic2025@sagaftra.org. Recommendations must be received by 5 pm on Thursday, June 12, 2025.
*W&W meetings are open to paid-up SAG-AFTRA members in good standing (paid through April 30 or Oct. 31, 2025). No guests are allowed. Parents/guardians of performers under 18 years old are welcome to attend.
