These workshops will help applicants prepare to apply for affordable housing at Premiere Residences. Learn how to get organized, how you can be more competitive in the applicant pool, learn what to expect in the application process and how to avoid common mistakes. Information regarding income eligibility and other tenant’s selection criteria will be covered.

ABOUT THE BUILDING
This 23-story tower that will be in the center of downtown New Brunswick, is a mixed use building with 207 residential rental apartments, 42 affordable units and 165 market rate units atop the soon-to-be bustling New Brunswick Performing Arts Center (NBPAC). ABOUT THE NBPAC
NBPAC will include two state-of-the-art theatre spaces; 463-seat Elizabeth Ross Johnson Theater and 259-seat Arthur Laurents Theater, dedicated rehearsal studios, academic and office space for its four member companies - Crossroads Theater Company, George Street Playhouse, American Repertory Ballet and Rutgers University Mason Gross School of the Arts. NBPAC will transform the Downtown Cultural Arts District ensuring that New Brunswick continues as a regional hub for the performing arts.
