Groups like SAG-AFTRA's Hair and Makeup Equity Work Group and Black Beauty Roster are charging ahead to create systemic change and help build a diverse talent pipeline. Join our conversation and learn from those on the front lines how developing an equitable work environment is creating opportunity and prosperity for all.

SAG-AFTRA National Executive Director & Chief Negotiator Duncan Crabtree-Ireland

Panelists:

  • Michaela angela Davis, Image Activist and Creator & Executive Producer, The Hair Tales, on OWN and HULU
  • Maude Okrah, Co-founder & CEO, Black Beauty Roster
  • Yvette Urbina, Vice President, Content, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, North America, Warner Bros. Discovery

This replay is presented by the SAG-AFTRA President's Task Force on Education, Outreach & Engagement.
