National Health, Pension & Retirement Caucus 2

As part of the wages and working conditions process (W&W) being held in preparation for the upcoming TV/Theatrical Contracts negotiations, SAG-AFTRA will be conducting an additional National Caucus on the SAG-AFTRA Health, SAG Pension and AFTRA Retirement Plans. Representatives from all three plans will be in attendance to discuss the state of the Plans and take questions as they relate to the TV/Theatrical Contracts negotiations.
This meeting is open to all paid-up SAG-AFTRA members*.

When: Monday, Feb. 6, 2023 4-7 pm PT/ 5-8 pm MT/ 6-9 pm CT/ 7-10 pm ET

Where: Online Via Zoom
RSVP: Reservations are required.

Steps to attend:
1. Make sure your dues are in good standing.
2. Have a Zoom account that identifies you by name used on the registration.
3. RSVP below. You must be logged in to RSVP and see the form below.
4. Complete the Confidentiality Agreement you will be emailed prior to the meeting.

WHO CAN ATTEND
W&W meetings and caucuses are only open to paid-up SAG-AFTRA members in good standing, paid through April 30, 2023, or in compliance with the November 2022 Dues Relief Extension. No guests are allowed. Parents/guardians of performers under 18 years old are welcome.

In order to participate in the wages and working conditions process, you must electronically complete the Confidentiality Agreement you will receive in your RSVP confirmation from webmaster@sagaftra.org. You will only need to complete this form once for the entire W&W process. Please complete and return this form as early as possible prior to the first meeting you attend. You will not be admitted into a meeting from the Zoom waiting room if we have not received this document.
