In honor of Mental Health Month, the Los Angeles Health Care Safety Net Committee proudly presents a day of mental wellness featuring a series of informative panels and a resource room where you can learn what mental health resources are available to you as a performer.

Start the day off celebrating the benefits of tai chi, yoga and meditation and later hear from your fellow members, therapists and mental health professionals about strategies for coping with stress, anxiety, depression and other mental health concerns.

This event is only open to paid-up SAG-AFTRA members in good standing, no guests allowed. Parents/guardians of performers under 18 years old are welcome. You must bring your current membership card or digital card on the app for admittance (paid thru April 30, 2019 or Oct. 31, 2019).
