Please join your SAG-AFTRA Seattle siblings in solidarity on Thursday, August 3, 2023 at 4:00 PM for informational leafleting at Amazon’s Headquarters. SAG-AFTRA members, along with labor movement kin and allies, will be gathering together in support of our rights, our livelihoods and our futures! We want to make sure the public understands that the studios and streamers are refusing to negotiate a fair deal with our members, including the very people appearing in Amazon Prime Original series.
SAG-AFTRA will meet at Urban Triangle Park before walking the short distance to the Amazon Spheres. We will be leafleting Amazon Headquarters in three shifts. Please RSVP to one (1) shift. The morning shift is at 8:30 AM -10:00 AM and the lunch shift is from 11:30 AM-1:30 PM.
When you arrive, please sign in with designated SAG-AFTRA staff at Urban Triangle Park. We have a limited amount of SAG-AFTRA STRONG T-shirts for SAG-AFTRA members which will be handed out to members on a first come first serve basis. To receive a SAG-AFTRA STRONG t-shirt, please bring your SAG-AFTRA member ID card or digital card in the member app. If you already have some SAG-AFTRA gear to wear, please do! Don’t forget your hat, sunscreen and water bottle!
