•    Flu shots
•    Blood pressure, cholesterol, and diabetes testing
•    Rapid HIV testing and counseling
•    PrEP and PEP info and counseling
•    Dental screenings
•    And more!
Did we mention that all of these amazing screenings are FREE?

Holiday Caroling Event

Please join your fellow entertainers and raise your voice in song this holiday season to bring cheer to those who need it most. Our annual Nashville Holiday Caroling event is right around the corner and we’d love to see you. We’re going to visit three different locations – The Nashville Women & Children’s Rescue Mission, The Veterans Hospital and the Tennessee School for the Blind – with lunch provided by McNamara’s Irish Pub. People who participate in this event annually say it’s one of the most rewarding things they do all year. 

When: 8 a.m. - 3 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2019

8 a.m.: Coffee, donuts and rehearsal in the SAG-AFTRA Nashville Jim Ed Brown Boardroom
9 a.m.: Bus leaves Nashville Local office promptly
9:20-10:40 a.m.: Veterans Hospital Main Lobby, 1310 24th Ave. S.
11 - 11:30 a.m.: Women & Children’s Rescue Mission, 1716 8th Ave. N.
Noon - 1:15 p.m.: Lunch at McNamara’s Irish Pub, 2740 Old Lebanon Rd.
1:30 - 2:30 p.m.: Tennessee School for the Blind, 115 Stewart’s Ferry Pike 
2:30 - 3 p.m.: Return to the Nashville Local office

Health Fair and Free Flu Shots

Join the SAG-AFTRA NY Health Care Safety Net Committee for an afternoon of health and wellness. Come for free services, free food, and important information! 

Free services will include*:
Blood pressure readings, chair massages, oral health screenings, vision screenings, flu shots**, private rapid HIV screenings, reiki sessions, and sound-healing treatments.

Studio Lab Open House and Audition Taping Workshop

The Miami Local Conservatory Committee invites you to the grand opening of the Thomas-Corey Members’ Studio Lab. Watch a training video and get a chance to record a short script to be reviewed by those in attendance. The Studio Lab is one of the benefits for SAG-AFTRA members in good standing, offering access to tape auditions and/or demos and edit them for free in this recently upgraded facility.
