By submitting your photo, video, and/or story (“Submission”) you grant to SAG-AFTRA permission to use the Submission in connection with SAG-AFTRA’s organizing and educational efforts, including on its website(s) (including but not limited to www.sagaftra.org), its social media pages and YouTube channel(s), as part of a compilation of similar content, or in any other media consistent with this paragraph.
SAG-AFTRA may utilize your Submission, in whole or in part, and may combine it with other content, including in print or video format. SAG-AFTRA will own the copyright in any compilation or other work into which your Submission is incorporated, but you will retain the copyright in your Submission, subject to the rights you have granted to SAG-AFTRA. The content you submit, or any compilation or other work containing it, may be archived, including in a manner accessible to the public, such as online.
SAG-AFTRA shall have the right to make reference to and use your name, image and biographical information in connection with its use of your Submission.
You represent and warrant that the Submission is your original creation and that it does not disparage defame or otherwise violate the rights (including copyrights, trademarks, privacy or publicity rights) or reputation of any other party.
If anyone other than you appears recognizably in a photo or video, you represent and warrant that each individual has agreed to the terms of this Agreement and that SAG-AFTRA may rely upon your representation. SAG-AFTRA may, but shall not be obligated to, confirm with each individual that such permission has been obtained.
Your submission and SAG-AFTRA’s receipt of the Submission does not guarantee that it will be used in any way and the final decision of which Submissions to use will be at SAG-AFTRA’s sole discretion. SAG-AFTRA may edit your Submission in its reasonable discretion and without further approval.
You understand that you will receive no compensation for this Submission and that the license granted herein shall be perpetual and irrevocable.
