Sorry, registrations are no longer available for NY Health Fair Seminar - Living In A Blur: Surviving Beyond My Cancer
This seminar is presented as part of the NY Health Care Safety Net Committee’s Health Fair.
A SAG-AFTRA Member since 2014, Thomas J. Bellezza is one of the hardest working people behind the scenes; consulting, helping, and creating projects. Running an entertainment company can be hard. Growing a business while in an emotionally abusive relationship is difficult. Finding you have cancer and a few months to live is a devastating shock to the system. This is his story of how he made use of trauma to finally recognize who he saw in the mirror again. Thomas talks about how he healed with a proactive mentality. From recovery to acceptance, cancer is not who you are.
Bellezza [Producer, Consultant, Entertainer] began his traveling adventures of a resilient entertainer 20+ years ago. A founder of BBR Productions; helping people find their “yes” in entertainment. He carries a passion to consult, market, and develop people’s dreams. A massive part of his musical career involved touring throughout America and Canada. Diagnosed with cancer in 2016, Thomas was motivated to embrace life by acting forward. He works to raise awareness and money for the Prevent Cancer Foundation. The Team Rise Together mission is Thomas’ biggest dream. Meant to inspire people to work together, grow together and rise together.
