Aubrey Mozino is the vice chair of the SAG-AFTRA NextGen Performers Subcommittee and president of the tv/film community We Make Movies. After 8 years in NYC and 6 years in LA working as an actor, Aubrey realized how performers are now expected to be multi-hyphenates who can create their own content. Through We Make Movies Aubrey has helped creatives produce over 300 short films, a dozen features and countless web series and sketches. Recently Aubrey developed a curriculum on mobile filmmaking that shows how you have the power of a professional production studio right in your pocket. She’s been teaching this workshop around the country and empowering creatives to take back control of their careers and tell their stories.
Sam Mestman is the lead contributor to FCP.co, the CEO of We Make Movies, and the founder of LumaForge. He’s had all the jobs and done all the things….but more than anything he’s a guy who likes making movies, telling stories and making the film industry faster, better and cheaper.
