Two people sitting at a meeting table
May 05, 2025 - 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM CDT

Where: SAG-AFTRA Chicago - 1 E Erie, Suite 650, Chicago IL 60611

Are you an unrepresented SAG-AFTRA member from the Chicago Local? Are you looking to take your career to the next level? Ever wish you could have one-on-one time with a franchised agent? If so, this Talent Agent Speed Dating For Unrepresented Talent event may be exactly what you need!

Join us May 5, where each participant will have the chance to meet with multiple franchised agencies in the Chicago local area! Currently confirmed for attendance are representatives from Gray Talent Group, The Rock Agency, Talent X Alexander, SCE Agency, Ambassador Talent, and Lily's Talent Agency. This is your opportunity to connect with an agent in a casual, fun, and low-pressure setting. While you are not guaranteed to meet with every participating agent/agency, your digital submission packet will be shared with all participating agencies, giving them the chance to review your materials before and after the event!

This is a fast-paced, closely-timed Conservatory, so we need to do some pre-production to make sure it all goes smoothly. Here's what you'll need to do:

  • First, register for this event below (you must be logged in to register).

  • Next, submit a digital package of your materials (details to follow in your confirmation email).

  • Pending receipt of your digital package, you will be issued a unique/specific appointment time.

  • The day of the event (May 5), please be sure to bring additional hard copy headshots and resumes for the agencies. YOU MUST BE ON TIME. We are scheduling members in specific time blocks. If you miss your time slot, there's no way to make it up. (Just come early and you'll have no worries.)

Please note: You will receive a confirmation email with additional details after registering for this event. Please follow the instructions in order to guarantee your reserved timeslot. You will be asked to submit a digital submission package that includes the following:

  • 1 Resume

  • 1-2 Headshots

  • On-camera Video and/or 1 Voiceover Demo Sample (tape or demo reel, 1-2-minute max)

Deadline: All submission packages are due no later than April 21 to allow agents time to review your materials.

Don’t have a video or audio sample?
You can schedule a free consultation with Melissa Pryor at the Kaufherr Resource Center to help you create a short video or voice demo that showcases your talents!

As these events are free, reservations fill up fast. A waiting list will be used. If you can't make it, please cancel your reservation with as much notice as possible so that your timeslot can be utilized. Only a limited number of spots are available, so don’t delay - register today!
