A Letter to the Hawaii Local
It has been an honor and privilege to have served as your local Executive Director of Screen Actors Guild (SAG) and now SAG-AFTRA for 32 years. But it’s time for me to say “aloha.” I’ve known many of you since we opened the office and since that time, we have become “Ohana.”
When I first started, SAG’s presence was just beginning. Today we have a presence and are actively involved in the continuing growth of Hawaii’s film industry. I want to extend my aloha and mahalo to all of the board of directors and volunteers that I have worked with over the years. Your continued advocacy and volunteering in worthy service to your union has made SAG-AFTRA strong. But most of all, I want to thank you for the memories we have shared!
In solidarity and warm aloha,
