Tis the season to sparkle!

The Los Angeles Host Committee invites you to join your fellow members for merriment and good cheer in celebration of the holiday season. Those interested in helping others in our community can contribute an unwrapped toy, gift card (for older kids) or brand new baby bottles (ages 0-1) for the Department of Children and Family Services' Toy Drive or a non-perishable food item for the APLA Health Food Drive. New this year, we will have a letter-writing station to send messages of thanks to our troops. 

Wear your most sparkly attire for a chance to win a prize.

The SAG-AFTRA Background Actors Education & Outreach Committee is excited to invite you to join fellow SAG-AFTRA Background Actors for a two-hour social mixer at Rush Street in Culver City. This is a perfect opportunity to meet in a fun and relaxed social environment and to network with other SAG-AFTRA background actors in the community while enjoying complimentary appetizers and cash bar. Surprise guests may be in attendance.

The SAG-AFTRA NextGen Performers Committee presents our next monthly Game Night at the Kaufherr Center!

For the month of October, we'll be turning the Kaufherr Center into THREE ESCAPE ROOMS. So bring your A-game brains as well as your friends, family, co-workers, partners, or even that friendly person on the corner. It'll be an evening of fun and community at the Kaufherr Center. Halloween theme clothing suggested! Feel free to bring snacks of your own! Doors open at 5:30 p.m.

NextGen Performers is a new Chicago Local committee devoted to helping the next generation of SAG-AFTRA performers develop their careers, utilize the amazing resources of SAG-AFTRA and connect with other union members.

Please join your fellow entertainers and raise your voice in song this holiday season to bring cheer to those who need it most. Our annual Nashville Holiday Caroling event is right around the corner and we’d love to see you. We’re going to visit three different locations – The Nashville Women & Children’s Rescue Mission, The Veterans Hospital and the Tennessee School for the Blind – with lunch provided by McNamara’s Irish Pub. People who participate in this event annually say it’s one of the most rewarding things they do all year.

NGP consists of SAG-AFTRA members who encourage young adult professional members to take control of their careers, get involved and get active through social media, social networking, meet-ups, tweet-ups, community outreach, special events and much more!
