Parking: The American Legion Hollywood Post 43 has a free on-site parking lot. The entrance is on Highland just south of the building. If lot is full you may park at the Hollywood Heritage Museum located across the street at corner of Highland Ave. and Milner Rd.

You’re invited! Mix, mingle and network with fellow military veteran actors at the American Legion Hollywood Post 43’s legendary Art Deco Bar that you may recognize from appearances in Hollywood classics such as The Shining and Star Trek. Organized by the SAG-AFTRA L.A. Military Committee, this event is designed to inspire fellowship and teach former military vets who are breaking into the industry how their SAG-AFTRA membership can benefit you as an actor. 

Appetizers will be provided by SAG-AFTRA and a cash bar will be available. RSVPs are required by Feb. 20.

About the SAG-AFTRA LA Military Committee
The L.A. Military Committee advocates for SAG-AFTRA members who are also U.S. military veterans. Their goal is to increase employment opportunities via outreach and engagement with the entertainment community. They create programs to professionally develop veterans-turned-actors through training, panels and events. Additionally, the committee organizes social, informational and networking events for veterans and their families.
