Now that the 2022 Commercials Contracts have been ratified, it’s time to focus on our Local’s 2022 Regional Commercials Code. This agreement is tailored specifically to meet the needs of our regional advertisers so they may easily hire local SAG-AFTRA performers.

If you’ve worked under the Arizona-Utah Regional Commercials Code during the past five years or would like to work it in the future, we encourage you to attend this meeting. It’s a great opportunity to make your voice heard and provide feedback as we review the current Regional Code provisions.

WHEN: Thursday, June 2, Noon to 1:30 p.m. PT

WHERE: Meeting will be held by Zoom. You must have a registered Zoom account that identifies you by name to participate.

2022 Colorado Local Virtual Membership Meeting with Special Guest SAG-AFTRA Executive Vice President Ben Whitehair

When: Monday, June 27, 2022 - 5:30 - 7:30 PM MT

Join your fellow SAG-AFTRA members for the 2022 Colorado Local Virtual Membership Meeting. While the method of meeting may be slightly different, the community feeling will be the same. Hope to see you there!

We have a special guest this year: Ben Whitehair, SAG-AFTRA Executive Vice President will be joining us for part of the meeting.

You’ll have plenty of opportunity to ask questions of Ben and our Colorado Local Board leadership and staff. The meeting will also include updates on the following:

• A state-of-the-state on the Colorado Film Incentives and House Bill 2022- 1408 - Modify Performance-based Incentive for Film Production
• Continued efforts to organize work under the Colorado Regional Commercials Code
• News from the CO AFL-CIO Convention 
• Updates on the Southern Colorado Film Incentive Campaign, the New Colorado Springs Multimedia Studio Grand Opening, and the proposed $58 million Southern Colorado City Auditorium Facility Renovation.
