New York Conservatory LogoAlthough run under the auspices of SAG-AFTRA, SAG-AFTRA membership dues are not used to pay for Conservatory activity, although we gratefully acknowledge the use of the space provided by the union. Fellow actors (just like you) volunteer their time to run this fine program. Your nominal Conservatory membership fee goes to pay for such things as studio equipment, printing and mailing expenses.

How to Join the Conservatory

Annual Membership runs September 1 through August 31 regardless of when you join. You must be a paid-up member of SAG-AFTRA. NY Conservatory Membership Applications can be mailed to or dropped off at the 12th floor NY Committees Office located at SAG-AFTRA, 360 Madison Avenue at 45th Street. Renewal applications are processed in the same way as new applications.
