The SAG Foundation is now accepting submissions for its September 2012 Shorts Showcase – a program that is about to launch year four!

The deadline for submissions is Friday, August 24. All entries received after that date will be placed in contention for our January 2013 event.

There is no entry fee, nor is there a cost to attend the screening, which is held in New York City.

All shorts MUST be produced under a SAG union contract, and not run more than 15 minutes – no exceptions.

Please be advised that the producer of a motion picture entitled “Ghost Aliens” is not currently signed to any SAG-AFTRA collective bargaining agreement that is in full force and effect.  As with all productions, members should first contact SAG-AFTRA to verify that the producer has executed a basic minimum agreement with SAG-AFTRA that is in full force and effect before accepting employment on this project.
