Booking work in television comedies requires actors to deliver on the tone, timing and characterization presented in the script.  Learn how to make acting choices that respect the writers yet make you stand out. In this workshop, you will learn how to better analyze a scene for comedy, nail the jokes, heighten the stakes (without being over the top), and bring your own truth, authenticity and playfulness to the role. This is a hands-on workshop in which participants can bring in their own material or cold read a scene taken from comedy breakdowns.
