Voting for the 21st SAG Awards Closes Friday, Jan. 23

Balloting for this year’s Actor® recipients will close Friday, Jan. 23, at Noon (PT). Final voting information was mailed to 111,228 eligible SAG-AFTRA members on Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2014. Votes must be cast online or previously requested paper ballots returned by Jan. 23 to Integrity Voting Systems, the SAG Awards’ official teller. The results will be tallied and sealed until the envelopes are opened onstage by the presenters at the 21st Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards® ceremony on Sunday, Jan 25.

The nominees for performances in 2014, including SAG-AFTRA’s distinctive ensemble awards, are being chosen by two separate film and television, each comprised of 2,200 SAG-AFTRA members from across the United States that were randomly selected last spring and announced the morning of December 10, 2014 in Los Angeles at the Pacific Design Center’s SilverScreen Theater in West Hollywood.

The growing roster of actors who will honor their colleagues at the 21st Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards® includes Patricia Arquette, Adrien Brody, Ellar Coltrane, Kevin Costner, Laverne Cox, Bryan Cranston, Benedict Cumberbatch, Eric Dane, Viola Davis, Carrie Fisher, Ethan Hawke, SAG-AFTRA President Ken Howard, Felicity Jones, Rashida Jones, Michael Keaton, Lenny Kravitz, Lorelei Linklater, Matthew McConaughey, Matt, McGorry, Edward Norton, Eddie Redmayne, Tony Revolori, Julia Roberts, J.K. Simmons, Emma Stone and more to be announced.
