Save the Date: Hollywood Division Annual Membership Meeting, Sunday, July 17

Don’t miss the Annual Hollywood Division Membership meeting on Sunday, July 17. Come share ideas, voice opinions, ask questions - Board members and staff will be present to provide answers. Visit committee tables, learn about member events and activities and sign-up for the speakers list for an opportunity to speak at the microphone during the open forum section of the meeting.
 
When: Sunday, July 17, 2011
10 a.m.–noon Member Caucus. Share ideas, voice opinions, ask questions.
11 a.m.–12:30 p.m. Mixer with board, staff and members. Sign-up for an opportunity to speak at the microphone during the open forum section of meeting. Visit committee tables.
12:30–4 p.m. Meeting, Ralph Morgan Award presentation, update on the SAG - AFTRA One Union effort, Q&A open forum.

PLEASE NOTE: The City of Los Angeles DOT will be closing the I-405 Freeway on July 16-17, between the I-10 and I-101. Please allow ample time and alternate routing for your travel to the membership meeting. Click here for more information. 
 
The membership meeting is only open to paid-up SAG members in good standing affiliated with the Hollywood Division. Unfortunately, no guests allowed. Parents/guardians of young performers under 18 years old are welcome. PLEASE BRING YOUR SAG MEMBERSHIP CARD FOR ADMITTANCE (paid thru April 30, 2011). No RSVP necessary. All bags larger than 14” in any dimension (i.e. backpacks, suitcases, beach bags, etc.) will be prohibited from entry into the meeting. No pets or animals, with the exception of service animals in service.
