BIBFF filmmakers and festival guests will learn information about SAG-AFTRA student, short, ultra-low budget, modified low budget and new media contracts. Understanding and signing these contracts will allow filmmakers to work with professional SAG-AFTRA union talent. Tamara Daniels, Senior Business Representative, Washington-Mid Atlantic Local and Jess W. Speaker, III, Business Representative, Washington-Mid Atlantic Local will lead the workshop.
