  • All SAG-AFTRA Conservatory workshops are free for members in good standing.
  • To attend a workshop, you must register in advance. No walk-ins are allowed.
  • To register for a workshop, email anne.rosenblatt@sagaftra.org with your name, phone number, email address and SAG-AFTRA member number.
  • If you must cancel, please do so at least two days before the workshop. This allows us to notify those on the wait list that they may attend.

“Building Your Voice for Endurance” – presented by Chrissellene Petropoulos


This workshop is about the function of your voice. You will learn how to practice at home and at rehearsal to strengthen your voice. Chrissellene’s approach strengthens the foundation and technical ability of your voice to give you control and consistency no matter your age, experience, or performing style. A PowerPoint presentation includes a speaking/singing MRI. You will be able to see what is actually going on inside of the head and thorax areas.


Please come prepared to do your dialogue or monologue!


When: 7-9 p.m., Tuesday, March 19


Where: Chrissellene Petropoulos’ studio in Potomac, MD. The workshop coordinator will provide you with details.
