SAG-AFTRA National Native Americans Committee Invites You to
“BUSINESS OF ACTING” WORKSHOP
at Green Bay Film Festival
SAG-AFTRA National Native Americans Committee presents an informative, interactive “Business of Acting” workshop taught by professional actors, a casting director and other industry experts during the 2013 Green Bay Film Festival. Participation is free and open to all ethnicities.
Workshop leaders include casting director Rene Haynes (The Twilight Saga: Eclipse & New Moon, Into the West), actress DeLanna Studi (Edge of America) and actor Brian Westcott (Christmas in the Clouds).
The workshop gives a thorough insight into headshots, resumes, reels, representation, audition tapes, social media resources, camera technique and an overview of the industry.
Audition Opportunity: Also, a select group from the audience will have an opportunity to practice auditioning with feedback from the workshop leaders and casting director. In order to address camera technique, the audition will be live-projected on a big screen.

The workshop casting director will select a diverse group of participants from a wide range of ethnicities, age and acting experience. You will be notified in advance of the event if you are selected to audition, and you will receive sides to practice. If you are not selected, you will still have the opportunity to drop off your headshot/resume in person at the event for the casting director.
