When: 12 p.m. – 2 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 11, 2014
Where: Un-Scripted Theater, 533 Sutter Street, San Francisco, CA 94102
Description: Explore how improvisation can free your creativity, enhance your mindfulness in the moment, actively listen, and share emotional honesty. Un-Scripted Theater Company specializes in narrative long-form improv, which strives towards emotional realism, rich character relationships, and cohesion of story and environment (rather than relying on wittiness or jokes). Join us for an introduction to improv and take part in low-risk cooperative game-playing in a safe environment that puts no one on the spot.
Class is full. If you have any questions, please contact the SAG-AFTRA San Francisco-Northern California Local by email to Vicki Balich at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Directions: Public transportation is available and encouraged.
Andy Sorouhan has improvised with Flash Family and Un-Scripted and is a founding member of Un-Scripted Theater Company's School of Improvisation. Andy currently coaches three high school improv teams and has coached improv since 2001 with Improv Works, BATS, and A.C.T.
