NBC Scene Showcase is Accepting Actor Submissions for its 6th Annual Scene Showcase

As part of its ongoing commitment to diversity, NBCUniversal will hold auditions for actors wishing to be considered for the NBC Scene Showcase this coming September in New York. The showcase will feature actors, writers and directors of diverse backgrounds, including LGBT actors and Performers with Disabilities.
Selected participants will perform for NBC Entertainment executives and casting directors, talent agents, managers, as well as other industry professionals.

The NBC Scene Showcase is a one night event in which NBC produces a showcase of 5 minute scenes by up-and-coming diverse writers and directors, starring new diverse talent.  This event has been quite a success for past participants with some getting staffed and booked on NBC shows!
Submissions must be received no later than midnight on Saturday, June 8, 2013
SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS – Please read carefully before submitting
1.   Must be able to participate in auditions and rehearsals in New York.
2.   To submit, send a self-tape as well as one picture and resume to http://actorscall.com/e3c66. Everyone who submits will be requested to self-tape.
3.   ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS ONLY. No hard-copies will be accepted.
4.   Only one submission will be accepted. DO NOT DOUBLE SUBMIT if already submitted through another union or other entities.
5.   Submissions will not be accepted after the submission period.
Participants for the talent showcase must be at least 18 years old. Previous acting experience/training is required of all, but professional representation is not necessary.
