This bulletin is to notify you that the New Mexico Local Board has approved a local waiver to allow Franchised Talent Agents in the New Mexico market to charge their clients an annual fee for their agency websites. Please note, the annual fee may not exceed the amount of forty dollars ($40.00) per year.

Additionally, New Mexico Franchised Talent Agents will have a period of fifteen (15) working days in which to update materials.
