Join Actors & Artists Unite at the 2013 Walk To End Alzheimer’s

Come walk with this wonderful national team to end Alzheimer’s. Join actors, artists, colleagues, friends and family in Hollywood, FL.

When: Saturday, Oct. 26, 2013
Registration - 7:30 a.m.
Opening Ceremony - 8:15 a.m.
5K (3.2 mile) Walk - 9:15 a.m.

Where: Hollywood North Beach Park
3601 North Ocean Drive
Hollywood, FL  33019

Directions:  Take I-95 to exit #21/Sheridan Street (State Road 822). Go east for approximately 3 miles, over the intercostal bridge, to very end, where Sheridan Street meets A1A/Ocean Drive. The park is directly ahead. Look for the balloons and tents set up.

SAG-AFTRA and Actors' Equity Association member Nancy Daly serves as the national captain and team coordinator. Daly started the original teams in honor of her own mom who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's two days before Thanksgiving in 2009. Daly now oversees "Actors & Artists Unite" teams in fifteen cities and all operate under the manifesto: "When actors and artists unite, the world can shift." Daly welcomes fellow union members and colleagues along with friends and families to join the effort.
