The Los Angeles Singers Committee is presenting a new format of meetings. Educational Meetings for SAG-AFTRA Singers (EMSAS) meetings will begin with our inaugural meeting on May 6, 2013.

These meetings aim to support and educate our community on subjects which we need to know about to work in this exciting yet demanding field. The more empowered we are with knowledge the more professional and confident we can feel about our work. We will cover all the contracts we work under, website support, making a demo, how to start out as a contractor, marketing, social media and many other subjects.

7-8 p.m. Education Contracts I: Theatrical with Jasper Randall and Bobbi Page
8-9 p.m. Recommendation of new Singers Committee Chair Led by Jon Joyce

This meeting is only open to paid-up SAG-AFTRA members in good standing. Unfortunately, no guests allowed. Parents/guardians of younger performers under 18 years old are welcome. SAG-AFTRA MEMBERS, PLEASE BRING YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARD (PAID-THRU APRIL 30, 2013) FOR ADMITTANCE.
