In an ongoing effort to bring and increase production in LA, you are invited to a special event for filmmakers to become better informed about what the City of Los Angeles has to offer, what the process is for shooting locally and what we can do to help LA retain production.
Join the Los Angeles filmmaking community along with Los Angeles Post Production Group, New Filmmakers Los Angeles and FilmL.A. for an evening of networking at Busby's East on Thursday, May 15th. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. with an hour-long panel moderated by Paul Audley, President of FilmL.A. at 8 p.m. Panelists will discuss their creative process, funding sources, permitting process, how location affected budget, what locations are available in the city free of charge, logistical tools used for the production, and how location may have affected the post process.
We all want to live and work in this great city. Come show your support for increasing local production.
