HAWAII BRANCH MEMBERS WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU

Screen Actors Guild and American Federation of Television and Radio Artists are pleased to announce the beginning of the Joint Wages & Working Conditions (W&W) process in preparation for negotiation of the SAG TV/Theatrical and AFTRA Exhibit A Contract. This contract will expire on June 30, 2011, and early negotiations are scheduled to commence in September or October 2010.

The Hawaii Branch committee will be meeting in June and July to create proposals from the Branch. Proposals for this important negotiation are developed through the involvement from members like you.

Email Suggestions: Please submit your ideas to Brenda Ching at bching@sag.org. Brenda will forward them to the committee. Recommendations must be received by Monday, July 19.

All proposal recommendations will be reviewed by the Joint Wages & Working Conditions Committee and inform the Committee’s final recommendations to the SAG and AFTRA National Boards.
