WHY: The non-profit SAG Foundation’s Catastrophic Health Fund provides medical assistance grants to actors whose catastrophic illness or injury has rendered them unable to work and without the means to afford medical insurance through the Guild Health Plan’s Self-Pay Program. Participation in the Golf Classic will increase the number of actors receiving medical care when they need it the most.

Team sponsorships beginning at $10,000 each are bringing 25 celebrity five-somes to play for this first annual SAG Foundation event. Major contributors including Johnny Depp, Ron Howard and Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills are also making the Golf Classic possible. A complete list of sponsors is available at the event’s website,

OTHER INFORMATION: All parties including media are advised of strict dress code policy: absolutely no jeans, no cut-off jeans, no flip-flops, no tank tops. Absolutely no smoking is allowed.

Media coverage of the Club House and/or Club House signage will not be permitted.

IMPORTANT: To receive Media Credentials you MUST RSVP by 1 p.m. Friday, April 9th.

All media must be chaperoned by Foundation/Tournament Staff and will be limited to the following areas:
