Friday NY Office Closure Due to Superstorm Sandy

Because of power outages as a result of Superstorm Sandy, the SAG-AFTRA New York Local offices will remain closed on Thursday, Nov. 1 and Friday, Nov. 2. Any local events planned for those dates are postponed.

AFTRA H&R: AFTRA H&R's New York office remains closed through Friday, Nov. 2, and limited phone service has been restored.

A Message From AFTRA H&R

AFTRA H&R's New York office remains closed through Friday, Nov. 2, due to a continued lack of power to the building, and phone service remains limited, following the impact of Hurricane Sandy earlier this week. The New York office is planning to re-open at 9 a.m. ET on Monday, Nov. 5.

In the wake of Superstorm Sandy, millions have been left without power, lives have been upended, billions of dollars of damage has occurred and, most distressing of all, lives have been lost. We are saddened by the devastation caused by this record-setting storm, and the impact it has had on the lives of so many people. Our hearts go out to our fellow members and fellow citizens in the affected areas and we send our best wishes for their safety and care during this unfortunate time.
