SAG-AFTRA mourns the passing of New York stage, film and TV actor Martha Greenhouse, who served as a union leader for more than four decades. She passed away Jan. 5 at the age of 91.
LOS ANGELES (Jan. 7, 2013) — The Screen Actors Guild Awards is expanding efforts to further reduce its carbon footprint thanks to a unique reforestation partnership with Chile’s Patagonia Sur (patagoniasur.com), a for-profit conservation company founded by American entrepreneur Warren Adams that is a leader in private land conservation, reforestation and carbon offsetting in South America.

SAG-AFTRA mourns the passing of Charles Durning, an army veteran, acclaimed actor and 2007 SAG Life Achievement Award honoree. Durning died Dec. 24 at age 89.
