SAG-AFTRA does not issue W-2 tax forms. Instead, members receive them from the companies for which they've worked. If members need to contact a studio or payroll house directly to change their listed address or ask questions about W-2 tax forms, below is the contact information for some of the major studios and payroll houses (including union contacts):

2014 Income Statement Due Friday

All members were recently sent a letter from SAG-AFTRA regarding a 2014 Income Statement for self-reported earnings. This is a friendly reminder to please return your income statement by mail or to report this information online by this Friday, Feb. 27, 2015.

Our effort to fix this long-running inequity with our recording artist members is gaining momentum. It is long past due for recording artists to gain a performance right (royalty) for their music when it is played on AM/FM radio. However, radio broadcasters are fighting this effort with a deceptively named resolution called the Local Radio Freedom Act (LRFA).

SAG-AFTRA Mourns the Death of Bob Simon

SAG-AFTRA mourns the tragic loss of SAG-AFTRA member and 60 Minutes correspondent Bob Simon. He was 73. 

Simon was best known for his more than four decades as a CBS News reporter, as well as his work as a 60 Minutes correspondent since 1996. His fearless work covering major overseas conflicts since the 1960s earned him respect and many awards, including four Peabody awards, 25 Emmy awards and Overseas Press Club’s highest honor, the President’s Award.
