Los Angeles (January 14, 2011) – In national voting completed today, members of the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists and Screen Actors Guild voted overwhelmingly to approve a new, three-year contract covering theatrical and television production under the Producer-Screen Actors Guild Basic Agreement and Television Agreement, Exhibit A to the AFTRA Network Television Code and the CW Supplement, which applies to both unions.

We are writing you regarding Screen Actors Guild’s new paperless dues billing initiative and asking you to give it a try. It’s an absolutely free new service that simply makes good financial sense.
The Screen Actors Guild has been receiving inquiries from members with respect to the signatory status of a motion picture entitled UnPhaZed. Please be advised that no one had become signatory to a Guild collective bargaining agreement with respect to this motion picture as of January 4, 2011. Please remember your membership obligation under Rule 1 of the Guild By-Laws to refrain from working for any producer who has not executed a basic minimum agreement with the Guild which is in full force and effect.
