Commercials Survey - Help Organize!

Screen Actors Guild is seeking to learn more about non-union casting calls for commercials in order to better serve and represent our membership.

If you have any recent knowledge of non-union casting calls, please take a few minutes to fill out this brief survey with whatever information about the casting call that you wish to provide.

All information provided is completely anonymous and will be used to help us better understand the non-union work space and create more work opportunities for our members.

Please note that the Screen Actors Guild has been advised that Network International Models & Talent has, effective September 27, 2011, surrendered its franchise with the Guild.

The Stuntmen's Association 50th Anniversary Celebration

The event will benefit the Screen Actors Guild Foundation, and will honor renowned actor Harrison Ford for his advocacy of the stuntmen’s expertise and craft. The Department of Labor has released a mobile app that monitors the heat index at worksites. The app, available in English and Spanish, combines heat index data from the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration with the user’s location to determine necessary protective measures.

Screen Actors Guild, AFTRA Continue Discussions to Create One Union

Screen Actors Guild and the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists continued formal discussions this weekend between the AFTRA New Union Committee and the SAG Merger Task Force to facilitate the creation of one union to represent all members of Screen Actors Guild and AFTRA.
