On December 4, 2010, the Screen Actors Guild National Board of Directors voted to recommend to members, a new, successor agreement to the 2009 Basic Cable Live Action Agreement and that the referendum would be sent outupon ratification of the 2011 TV/Theatrical Contract.
Ballot packets were mailed on Tuesday, February 1, 2011 to all eligible voters.
SAG does not issue W2 tax forms. Instead, members receive them from the companies they've worked for.
