2011 SAG Basic Cable Agreement (Live Action) Referendum Ballot Sent to Eligible Members
On December 4, 2010, the Screen Actors Guild National Board of Directors voted to recommend to members, a new, successor agreement to the 2009 Basic Cable Live Action Agreement and that the referendum would be sent outupon ratification of the 2011 TV/Theatrical Contract.
Ballot packets were mailed on Tuesday, February 1, 2011 to all eligible voters.
Member Alert: Tax Time - Tracking Down W2s
SAG does not issue W2 tax forms. Instead, members receive them from the companies they've worked for. If members need to contact a studio or payroll house directly to change their listed address or ask questions about W2 tax forms, here is the contact info for some of the major studios and payroll houses (including Guild contacts):
