SAGAFTRA.org will Experience Intermittent Service Tonight, Aug. 21 from 9-10 p.m. (PDT).

Due to routine maintenance, website-related services will be intermittently unavailable tonight, Aug. 21 from 9-10 p.m. PT. The areas of the website that will experience intermittence service include payment of dues online, locate a performer, foreign royalties, residuals tracker, unclaimed residuals, search signatory database, payroll house verification, iActor and online station 12 cast clearance.

SAG-AFTRA joins the entertainment community in mourning the loss of actor, activist and friend, Danny Murphy.

Danny MurphyDanny played an instrumental role in the union as a member of the Performers With Disabilities (PWD) Committee as well as a founding member of the then-tri-union global campaign I AM PWD (Inclusion in the Arts & Media of People with Disabilities).

SAG-AFTRA has issued a "no-contract, no-work" order for the first-run syndicated program Laughs, produced by Half Life Productions and Executive Producer Steve Hofstetter. This company has not yet executed a minimum basic agreement with SAG-AFTRA.

Thousands of SAG-AFTRA members are working journalists and they need to know that they will not be compelled to reveal the confidential sources they depend on to cover important news stories. Without a federal shield law, reporters face dire penalties, including imprisonment and/or severe fines, for upholding their professional code of ethics to report news in the public interest.

July 4th Holiday Office Closure
