Going after digital pirates

Almost everyone in this world is inspired by, moved by or loves some kind of music. Music makes us smile, makes us dance and helps us when we hurt.

My favorite music is the music for which Chicago is world famous — the blues. It was my love for the blues that moved me to start an independent blues record label at the age of 23, one that I'm still operating with passion 40 years later. Record labels like mine give talented artists (who are often out of the pop mainstream) a chance to be heard and to build lifelong careers.
