Learn the fundamentals of playing with others to create fun and interesting scenes on the fly! This workshop will introduce the seven fundamentals of improv: support & trust, energy & spontaneity (have fun!), concentration (focus), honesty & sincerity (truth is funny), listening & responding, agreement & building, and playing action. Students will participate in exercises and games and begin to create two-person scenes in a positive supportive environment.

Auditions. Agents. Business. Personal Life. Each area of an actor’s life requires systems—repeatable processes and techniques—to maximize potential and create synergy between them. This is a seminar targeting those systems and techniques as well as emphasizing a career mindset where the actor is always in control of his or her choices, setting, prioritizing and achieving realistic goals and deadlines. This workshop will discuss branding/typecasting, networking and how to establish and maintain a career of longevity.
