On July 15, 2017, your SAG-AFTRA National Board overwhelmingly approved and recommended a YES vote for the TV/Theatrical tentative agreement reached with the AMPTP. Eligible SAG-AFTRA members will receive a postcard in the coming days on how to vote electronically or by paper ballot on the proposed successor agreements covering motion pictures, scripted primetime dramatic television and new media production.

Hundreds of performers, crew and industry professionals rallied on Saturday, June 3, at the Philadelphia Art Museum to support the Philadelphia film industry and the PA Film Tax Credit. SAG-AFTRA member David Morse spoke passionately about the need to support the industry here in Philadelphia and he was joined by representatives of the film office; local, state and city elected officials; and other unions and industry groups.
