Great news: The New Jersey Senate has voted to pass with bipartisan support S-122, the NJ Film and Digital Tax Credit program. 

Great work to everyone who lobbied for this Bill. The next step is to have it pass the Assembly which is expected take place in the next few weeks and then on to the Governor’s desk for his signature.

Tax Seminar, March 22

As this year’s tax season approaches, SAG-AFTRA wants to make sure you are prepared. We are hosting a tax seminar with presenter Sandra Karas, ESQ. She is a working actor and member of SAG-AFTRA who serves on the NY Local Board and Actors’ Equity Association as its secretary-treasurer. She is also an attorney in private practice in the areas of financial planning, tax, estates, trusts, contracts and business law.
