Improv training isn't just useful for actors, it also helps hone and develop a skill set that can make you a better listener in your everyday life. In fact, improv is entirely about listening first, then responding honestly and realistically to what you've heard. Improv helps actors be both better auditioners and better performers. It helps them live in the moment, while remaining truthful to their work.
